I am at work in Lemaington and just asked for the day off, I'm thinking of driving down and ahnging around the ballroom all day, just need a sniff of tix info!! Do we think it will be a queue and see if you get in job like last nite? Plus i need a reasonable 24hr carpark if anyone knows of one.

Yes I agree. I managed to get near the front he was about 10 feet away a barrier with a drop away from the stage. Electric Ballroom do not usually do buy in advance any more box offive because I tried for gig last year. But you never know because sites could crash and maybe have a ID thing and open up for in person sales. It was definitely raining alot last night dreadfully. I had good idea they let the crowd waiting outside as goodwill and pr exercise. Alot of the young people seemed to be Lianne friends. Her flat mate was right next to me. Good luck everyone getting tickets.

Carmen, is that you?

I don't think anyone posting on here knows yet mate. Some folk know more than us and I think they stop posting, just a hunch. I'm thinking of doing the same and parking up in a 24hr carpark.

Just want a snif of info before I decide. Good luck if you take the plunge.

Yes I think I caught a cold.
I have a gander later and post on here.
Word will get on the street if tickets sold in person if they open up the box office.
They use to have designated box office around the corner it is gone.
I have a feeling they could give out ID bands and ask for ID to stop the touts getting the tickets.

Like I said lots of young uns last night definitely Lianne La Havas friends.

If you coming in from kings cross or Euston you can walk takes max 15 min walk.

I'm just leaving Leamington driving down and will be hunting for a 24hr carpark, then going to the venue and banging the door down. I will be risking missing online sales, as DFb has said he wil post tix info when he knows anything, its all a game and this might be the right move and it might not...

Atleast I've tried and it's gonna have cost me fuel and carpark fees. If anyone wants a lift from near Coventry let me know in the next 30 mins...

I can't see him doing it for free but you never know with this guy.. I will listen to it through the walls if nothing else!!

I'm about an hour away but have school runs/kids to deal with.
Thinking I might wait for the announcement to get tickets for "proper" dates....dilemma! What to do?!

I'm in Coventry but can't go until later. I will be at the computer alot though, so if it does become an online thing, I might be able to grab tickets. Maybe see some of you there later (or later this week). Both my Prince friends are out of action. One is in Berlin and the other is about to have all of their wisdom teeth yanked out.

Details of his tour still remain scarce but he said he hoped to play "iconic" venues such as music club the Bag o' Nails, where Jimi Hendrix once performed, and Ronnie Scott's jazz club.

I've seen the future and it will be

Weather for London looks atrocious from lunchtime onwards! Best of like to anyone whose venturing to the capital with plans to queue. Least if you're outside soaked and depressed the venue might take pity and let some folks in biggrin Personally, I'm not sure I can do the running around London scrambling for a ticket anymore, probably because we were so spolit in 2007 when it was so easy to get tickets and the O2 was such a great venue.

You have to be a member to get priority tickets Ronnies.

I saw Todd Rundgren there he played 2 shows and as a member tickets were £69 a ticket.

Forget Ronnies that be full of industry inner circle.

It would be good even if they just put tickets on sale for dates booked if they sold say 1000 online per night for each date then announced the venue on the day on twitter with a number of spaces on the door, would give it an element of mystery and also give the chance for people to bag tickets in advance, and also maybe get in at the venue. It really is times like this is Sucks to be a Prince fan, waiting 6 months or more for news then it not being how you imagined haha.
